Main Responsibilities:
• Develop European markets in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector by targeting new customers and distributors.
• Manage the commercial and administrative follow-up of your industrial client portfolio.
• Analyze customers’ technical and regulatory needs to propose tailored solutions.
• Lead and evaluate a network of specialized distributors in the energy and petroleum industries.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze Oil & Gas / Energy market trends.
• Actively participate in trade fairs and industry events.
• Full management of the sales cycle: orders, quotes, letters of credit, shipments (mastery of Incoterms), and invoicing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and product compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Raise customer awareness regarding environmental issues and industry-specific regulations.

Candidate Profile:
• Higher education (Master’s degree, Business School, or technical equivalent).
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in international trade, ideally in the Oil & Gas, energy, or related industries.
• Knowledge of the technical, regulatory, and commercial challenges of the energy market.
• Proficiency in office tools and CRM software.
• Languages: Fluent French and English.

Required Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and active listening.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate in a demanding technical environment.
• Rigor, organization, and autonomy.
• Dynamism, reactivity, and the ability to anticipate customer needs.

Working Conditions:
• Contract: Permanent (CDI) – Executive status (Cadre) – 39 hours/week.
• Leave: 5 weeks of paid leave per year.
• Schedule: Full-time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Fridays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Compensation:
• Based on profile and experience in the target industry (Oil & Gas / Energy).
• Attractive package including fixed salary + variable pay linked to sales performance.
• Benefits: Health insurance (Mutuelle), 2 days of remote work per month.
