General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern all commercial transactions between 3X ENGINEERING (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) concerning machines and accessories of the brand MONTIPOWER.
Products and Orders
2.1 Product Description:
The Seller undertakes to provide MONTIPOWER machines and accessories that comply with the description presented on the e-commerce website. Technical specifications and product images are not binding.
2.2 Placing an Order:
The Customer can place an order through the e-commerce website or any other means of communication previously agreed with the Seller. Placing an order implies acceptance of these GTCS without reservation.
Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices:
The prices of MONTIPOWER machines and accessories are indicated in euros (€) excluding taxes and delivery charges. The total amount, including taxes and delivery charges, will be specified to the Customer before the final validation of the order.
3.2 Payment Methods:
The Customer can pay for their order by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method accepted by the Seller. Online payments are secured by appropriate means.
Delivery
4.1 Delivery Times:
The Seller endeavors to meet the delivery times indicated at the time of the order. However, any potential delays cannot give rise to damages or order cancellation.
4.2 Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are borne by the Customer and will be specified at the time of the order.
4.3 Product Receipt:
The Customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt. In case of any discrepancies, the Customer must make detailed reservations on the delivery note and communicate them to the Seller within 48 hours of receipt.
Warranty
5.1 Legal Warranty:
The Seller provides a legal warranty of conformity and a warranty against hidden defects in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
5.2 Exclusions:
The warranty does not apply in case of misuse, faulty maintenance, modification, or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The return costs are borne by the Customer.
Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from the use of MONTIPOWER machines and accessories.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights relating to MONTIPOWER machines and accessories belong to their respective owners. The Customer undertakes to respect these rights and not to infringe upon them.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be seized.
Modification of GTCS
The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
Sales Conditions
As an individual, you can only purchase our products via e-commerce.
As a company, it might be easier to order on an invoice basis. We offer several possibilities to make this possible. However, only companies registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year are eligible. Additionally, we always carry out a financial credit check. No time to waste? Payment Terms
As an individual, you pay directly online with your credit card.
As a company, if you place an order directly on our website, your only payment method will be to pay for your purchases with a credit card.
If you go through our sales department, invoices are due and payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation or any other agreement with the Client.

“MONTI reserves the right to discontinue products and revoke or modify prices or terms of service unless otherwise indicated in these general conditions. If at any time it becomes necessary to discontinue service to the Client, revoke or modify any provision of these Terms, or assign the distribution of any Product, MONTI will take any action it considers, in its sole and absolute discretion, fair and appropriate.”
