We accept returns within a 15-day period from the receipt of your order. Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, the machines and accessories must not have been used. They must be in a new condition and returned in their original packaging. Any return that does not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in very specific cases. Each return is subject to analysis. After this analysis, if we identify a manufacturing defect or an error from 3X ENGINEERING, we will cover the return shipping costs. Analysis and Refund Process:
When we receive your returned purchases, our team carry out a deep analysis. For the machines, we perform a complete disassembly and reassembly to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or an improper use by the customer. This step is essential to ensure an accurate assessment of the situation. Please note that all return requests will be carefully reviewed before issuing a refund.
Our Bristle Blaster® machines have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Any return request during the warranty period will be rigorously evaluated to determine the nature of the issue. We are committed to promptly and efficiently resolving problems related to manufacturing defects.
